The first Congress of Quynh Van Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 is a special milestone in the history of construction and development of the locality. This is not only the first Party Congress after its establishment, but also the foundation for a new journey, with the belief, will and aspiration to make Quynh Van one of the fastest and comprehensively developing communes of Nghe An province.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung chaired the approval of the Party Congresses of Quy Chau, Minh Hop and Quynh Van communes.

On the afternoon of July 31, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Provincial Party Secretary, Head of Working Group No. 1 chaired the Conference to approve the Party Congresses of the communes: Quy Chau, Minh Hop, Quynh Van.
