(Baonghean.vn) - The Investigation Police Agency of Dien Chau District Police is coordinating with the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police to verify and search for evidence and subjects related to the group of subjects who used rocks to break the car windows due to a passenger dispute on National Highway 1A.

According to information, at 2:30 p.m. on July 3, due to a conflict with Mr. Nguyen Van Lam (born in 1978), residing in Bac Giang province, owner of passenger bus with license plate UN 1385, regarding a dispute over passenger transport, Le Duc T (born in 1990), residing in Phu Xuan hamlet, Do Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, along with a person named L and a friend of L (name and address unknown) were driving a Fortuner car with license plate 37A-017.07, and stopped the passenger bus with license plate UN 1385 to talk.

When discovering a passenger bus with license plate UN 1385 passing through Cau Loi area, National Highway 1A, Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, Le Duc T. called Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, manager of passenger bus UN 1385, and asked him to stop the bus to talk, but Mr. Tung did not agree.

After that, Le Duc T. drove after them. When they reached the Yen Ly overpass in Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau district, Le Duc T. stopped the passenger bus. Then, the group of people accompanying Le Duc T. took rocks to smash and throw at the bus, causing the tempered glass panels of the bus to break.

After the glass was broken, Mr. Ngo Minh Phuong, the driver, continued driving the bus in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi. Le Duc T. and the group continued to chase after him. When arriving at Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung reported the incident to Nghi Son town police, Thanh Hoa province.

After receiving the information, Nghi Son Town Police, Thanh Hoa Province invited the relevant parties to work (Nghi Son Town Police only worked with Le Duc T., the other subjects who accompanied him escaped).

Determining that the case falls under the jurisdiction of Dien Chau District Police, Nghe An, on the morning of July 5, Nghi Son Town Police transferred the report and related evidence (including the 2 cars mentioned above) to Dien Chau District Police for further verification and clarification.

Currently, after receiving the information, the Investigation Police Agency of Dien Chau District Police has coordinated with the Traffic Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police to deploy verification, search for evidence and identify related subjects. At the same time, carry out procedures for asset valuation as a basis for initiating a criminal case of "Destruction or intentional damage to property" as prescribed in Article 178 of the 2015 Penal Code.
