Building a house of gratitude for 2 police officers of Ky Son district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 11, the Provincial Police held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a charity house for comrade Xeo Ba Ngum and handed over the "Union Shelter" to comrade Cut Van Thoong, a police officer of Ky Son district.

During the recent flood, the house of comrade Xeo Ba Ngum, a police officer of Ky Son district in Ta Ca commune, was completely destroyed by a landslide. Currently, the family is facing many difficulties.
In order to promptly encourage and share with the comrade's family, the Provincial Police Youth Union and the BIDV Youth Union of the provincial branch coordinated with the District Police and local authorities to organize a groundbreaking ceremony for a charity house for comrade Xeo Ba Ngum. Of which, the Provincial Police Youth Union supported 70 million VND and the BIDV Youth Union of Nghe An province supported 30 million VND for comrade Xeo Ba Ngum to build a house.
On the same day, the Provincial Police Union handed over the “Union Shelter” house to the family of Senior Lieutenant Cut Van Thoong, who is currently working at the Police Team in charge of communal security and order, Ky Son District Police. Comrade Cut Van Thoong is the eldest of five siblings. His father has just passed away due to illness, his mother is old and weak, and his wife is unemployed.The Provincial Police Union donated 70 million VND to help Thoong’s family build a new, more solid house. After more than 3 months of construction, the house was completed.
