Voters of Tan Thang, Quynh Thang, Quynh Tam, Tan Son, Quynh Chau, Ngoc Son, Quynh My, Quynh Lam, Quynh Tan, Quynh Van, Quynh Hoa, Quynh Thach, Quynh Hau, Quynh Giang, Quynh Dien communes and Cau Giat town expressed their high agreement with the innovations and results of the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly.
Voters of Quynh Luu district expressed their interest in the Cyber Security Law recently passed by the National Assembly at its 5th session and the draft Law on Special Economic Administrative Units of Van Don, Bac Van Phong, Phu Quoc (Special Economic Zone Law).
Regarding the fact that some people have taken advantage of the content of draft laws to incite, incite and cause trouble in some localities, especially in Binh Thuan recently, voters in Quynh Luu district said that honest, patriotic people are very indignant and request that violators be strictly punished.
Mr. Dinh Trong Thuy, a voter in Tan Son commune, Quynh Luu district, shared: "Regarding issues related to national defense and security strategy, we trust that National Assembly delegates will carefully study and consider them before deciding."
However, this voter also suggested that the National Assembly deputies carefully consider whether it is necessary to promulgate the Law on Demonstrations or not. According to Mr. Thuy, based on the actual situation, it is necessary to consider because there is still a part of the people who do not understand the law, or even do not respect the law. If there is a Law on Demonstrations, reactionary elements will take advantage of it to incite conflicts, accusing the police of beating people, then the situation will be very difficult to control.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Luong, Cau Giat town, agreed with the promulgation of the Law on Cyber Security and asked the National Assembly to urge specialized agencies to develop relevant documents to soon put the Law on Cyber Security into practice. "This will provide a basis for handling impersonation, distortion, and insults to organizations and individuals on social networks," said voter Luong.
On behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh responded to voters' petitions; including further explanations about the characteristics of special economic zones, which are to have good locations and outstanding policies to develop and build economic locomotives. Many countries in the world have built special economic zones. Our country promulgated the Special Economic Zone Law with the same desire.

Specifically, regarding the draft Law on Special Economic Zones, in response to concerns from voters and people, especially the 99-year land lease provision in the draft Law on Special Economic Zones related to national security and defense, the Provincial Party Secretary said that the National Assembly would consider and consider it very carefully and would not include this provision in the draft law but would apply it according to the provisions of the Land Law, in which the maximum land lease period is 50 years and in special cases the Prime Minister can consider special projects and lease land for 70 years.
The National Assembly voted to approve the proposal to postpone the consideration and approval of the Law on Special Economic Zones at the 5th session to the 6th session. The head of the provincial National Assembly delegation affirmed that the National Assembly listened to the people and scientists, and considered and weighed them very carefully and thoroughly... before passing the Law on Special Economic Zones.
The Provincial Party Secretary also thanked voters of Quynh Luu district for expressing their clear opinions and disagreeing with the illegal acts of those who took advantage of the situation to incite, cause trouble, destroy public property, and disrupt security and order in some localities recently.
Once again affirming that the National Assembly listens to and fully accepts the opinions of voters and people, the Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation also expressed his wish that voters and people express their views and opinions according to the provisions of the law.
Regarding the Law on Cyber Security recently passed by the National Assembly at its 5th session, Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh clarified the provisions of the Law to voters, stating that people have the right to express their opinions and conduct activities in cyberspace, and that people are not prohibited from using social networks...
