(Baonghean.vn) - Quynh Luu District Police have detected and fined 80 million VND for 51 cases of participating in traffic and going to public places but intentionally not wearing masks to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic.

During patrols from June 25 to July 1, the Police Working Group of communes and towns in Quynh Luu district discovered 51 cases of people participating in traffic and going to public places but intentionally not wearing masks to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic.

In particular, many are concentrated in the communes of Quynh Nghia, Quynh Lam, Quynh Chau, Cau Giat town... All violations are requested by the functional forces of the communes to come to their local headquarters to work, remind and propagate the provisions of the Law. At the same time, according to Decree 117/2020/ND-CP dated September 28, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the health sector, the People's Committees of the communes have issued decisions to impose administrative sanctions on violations from 1 - 3 million VND andbudgetState with a total amount of more than 80 million VND.
