An account named "Vo Hong Quan" commented on the article with the content: "A very serious deception. There is a matter of returning citizen identification cards to the people but also finding ways to extort money from the people. The police force only collects a fee of 15,000 VND to make the CCCD according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
