6 more cases of not wearing masks in Vinh City were fined
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 11, the authorities of Cua Nam ward (Vinh city) fined 6 cases of not wearing masks in public places.
The above cases of not wearing masks in public places will be fined 200,000 VND each according to regulations.

Mr. Tran Van Tri - Chairman of the People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control in Cua Nam Ward said: The error of not wearing a mask is considered an act of "Not implementing personal protective measures for people participating in epidemic prevention and control and people at risk of contracting the epidemic according to the instructions of health agencies" according to Point a, Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree 176/2013 of the Government, with a fine of 100,000 to 300,000 VND.
On that basis, up to now, the ward's functional forces have punished over 20 cases.
