As for Ms. Nguyen Thi Hieu's family, using land plot No. 31, on the land clearance map established by the Yen Thanh District Land Registration Office Branch on April 26, 2021 with an area of ​​360.9 m2, agricultural land type in Block 2, Yen Thanh town, has not agreed to receive compensation payment of VND 53,041,000 and has not complied with the land handover to implement the project.

Previously, during the project implementation process, the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district issued a Notice of land recovery, organized many meetings with the people, and propagated and mobilized, but this household did not agree to sign the confirmation of the area, the declaration and inventory records, and did not cooperate in the implementation of site clearance in the resettlement area, forcing the People's Committee of the district to issue the Decisions on compulsory inventory; Decisions on enforcement of compulsory inventory decisions; Decisions on recovery and Decisions on approval of site clearance compensation plans.

At the same time, enforce land recovery to ensure the strictness of the law and the effectiveness and efficiency in land management and use in the district.
