100 poor households in Pha Danh commune (Ky Son) received Tet gifts

(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the program "Warm Tet for the poor people in the West", on the morning of January 26, in Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district (Nghe An), Muong Thanh Hotel Group gave 100 gifts to poor households with special difficulties.

Accompanying the working delegation were representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ky Son district.

A total of 50 million VND worth of gifts was given to 100 households in especially difficult circumstances in Pha Danh commune.

This is a particularly difficult commune, about 14 km west of Ky Son district center. In recent years, despite many efforts to improve people's lives, the commune still has over 80% of poor households according to the new standards.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien - General Director of Muong Thanh Song Lam Hotel gave gifts to poor households in Pha Danh.

This is a gift, a heart of the Group's staff towards their homeland Nghe An in general and Western Nghe An in particular. The Corporation also hopes that people will unite and strive to overcome difficulties to soon escape poverty.
