5. Investigating, assessing, and protecting, improving, and restoring land.
6. Formulate, adjust, and manage land use plans and schemes.
7. Land allocation, land leasing, land reclamation, recognition of land use rights, land requisition, and land use conversion.
8. Investigate, establish land price tables, specific land prices, and manage land prices.
9. Financial management related to land.
10. Compensation, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims or requisitions land.
11. Development, management, and exploitation of land resources.
12. Land registration, establishment and management of cadastral records; issuance, correction, revocation, and cancellation of land certificates.
13. Land statistics and inventory.
14. Develop, manage, operate, and utilize the National Land Information System.
15. Managing and supervising the exercise of rights and obligations of land users.
16. Resolving land disputes; handling complaints and denunciations related to land.
