Land and site clearance
-VotersHo Dien Thuc (Quynh Luong commune, Quynh Luu district) reported that in 1997, the People's Committee of Quynh Luong commune mobilized his family to exchange land to build a primary and secondary school campus, but during the land exchange process, his family still lacked 186m2.2land and has not yet supported the house construction, in addition, the family is required to pay the difference in departure and arrival costs of 2,520,000 VND. We request that the competent authority check, clarify, and ensure the rights of his family.
- Voter Nguyen Ba Ha (Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district) requested the Provincial People's Committee to soon direct the implementation of relocation.Resettlementfor 12 households in Lam Nghiep hamlet, Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district to stabilize their lives.
- Voter Phan Dinh Ngan (Dien Thanh commune, Dien Chau district) reported that the project of the townhouse commercial center in the commune, invested by Hoang Son Company Limited, has not yet compensated the people but has already started construction and leveling the ground.

- Voter Lo Canh Ngo (Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district) proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct the Tuong Duong district People's Committee to soonCertificate of land use rightsfor households in Thach Duong village, Xa Luong commune.
- Voter Vo Thi Hong (Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town) reflected that her application for a Land Use Right Certificate had been sent to the Provincial People's Committee and was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to the Cua Lo Town People's Committee to advise on the settlement before May 30, 2021, but has not yet been resolved. Request the Provincial People's Committee to direct the Cua Lo Town People's Committee to promptly grant a Land Use Right Certificate to her family according to regulations.

- Voter Chu Van Hieu (Truong Thi ward, Vinh city) reported that his family's land was previously recovered by the State to build Ho Chi Minh Square and the Vinh City People's Committee decided to allocate a plot of land in Hamlet 5, Nghi Phu commune, but the price was very high. Therefore, it is requested that the Vinh City People's Committee consider and set a lower price so that his family can enjoy the correct regime and policies of the State.
- Voter Nguyen Thi Mai Dung (Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city) reported that residents of Vinaconex 9B apartment building have lived there for 10 years but have not yet been granted a Certificate of house ownership;apartmenthas degraded but the investor does not care to repair. Propose that the Provincial People's Committee direct to stabilize the lives of households.

Transport, construction and environment sectors:
- Voter Nguyen Huy Mao (Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city) requested the Provincial People's Council to consult with the Provincial People's Committee to expand the traffic corridor of Hoang Van Thu street, because this is a main road but is often congested.
- Voters of Dong Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town reported that the Vuc Giong - Khe Son road in Thai Hoa town has not been completed, causing difficulties for people when traveling. Request the Provincial People's Committee to direct the early completion of this road.

- Voter Nguyen Hong Son (Nghi Duc commune, Vinh city) requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct the early completion of the drainage system and handle the problem of construction waste on Vinh - Cua Lo Avenue.
- Voter Nguyen Sy Quy (Linh Son commune, Anh Son district) reported that the People's Committee of Linh Son commune leased land along the traffic corridor to people for business purposes but it was used as long-term housing. Requesting competent authorities to take measures to clear the land in accordance with regulations.
Regime and policy field
- Voter Nguyen Quang Hoa (Ha Huy Tap ward, Vinh city) suggested that the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee need to have strategies, mechanisms and policies for agricultural development, focusing on closely linking the three sectors: agriculture, science - technology and industry and trade to guide farmers in production, brand building and product consumption, stabilize the market and value of agricultural products of the province, contributing to the economic development of the province and improving people's living standards.
- Voter Phan Tran Linh (Thanh Ha commune, Thanh Chuong district) requested the Provincial People's Committee to recommend the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to supplement the worship regime for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
- Voter Nguyen Sy Quy (Linh Son commune, Anh Son district) proposed that the competent authority increase the level of financial support for building and repairing damaged gratitude houses for seriously wounded soldiers, because the current support level of 40 million VND/house does not ensure enough funds for meritorious people in difficult circumstances to repair.

- Voter Pham Hong Truong (Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city) and voter Nguyen Dinh Bao (Nghi Kim commune, Vinh city) proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct all levels and sectors to resolve the regime for the Association of Former Youth Volunteers at ward and commune levels to ensure compliance with Decision No. 30/QD-TTg dated June 1, 2011 of the Prime Minister.
- Voter Lo Canh Ngo (Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district) reflected that the current health insurance premiums for ethnic minorities and Kinh people are at the same level; proposed that the Provincial People's Committee recommend that the Government consider regulating the health insurance premiums for ethnic minorities lower than those for Kinh people. In addition, proposed to issue health insurance cards from the State budget for those working in village and hamlet cadres in mountainous districts and ethnic minority areas.
Industry and trade
- Voter Lo Canh Ngo (Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district) requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct inspection and request Khe Bo Hydropower Plant to be responsible for supporting households affected by the plant's operations to ensure people's lives.
- Voter Nguyen Ngoc Han (Nghi Tan ward, Cua Lo town) proposed that the Provincial People's Committee direct Nghe An Electricity to inspect and replace damaged electric poles in block 5 and block 7, Nghi Tan ward, Cua Lo town.
- Voters in Vinh city reported that the resettlement area project in Group 6, Yen Truong block, Trung Do ward was auctioned to households, however, the households have not been able to use grid electricity because they have not been connected to the capacitors installed in the households. Therefore, it is recommended that the Provincial People's Committee direct the connection to the capacitors of the resettlement area so that people can use grid electricity...
Based on the opinions of voters, at the meeting, on behalf of the meeting chairman, comrade Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council accepted and affirmed the responsibility of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee to synthesize and forward to the relevant agencies for resolution to respond to voters as soon as possible.
