(Baonghean.vn) - On the way home from school, 5 students from Hung Dao commune, Hung Nguyen district were struck by lightning and had to be taken to the emergency room. Fortunately, none of them were in danger of death.
At around 10am on October 16, a group of students on their way home from school, while crossing Trinh bridge in hamlet 6, Hung Dao commune, Hung Nguyen district, were suddenly struck by lightning and were promptly taken to the emergency room by local people.

Witness at the scene, Ms. Luu Thi Hoai, hamlet 4B, Hung Dao commune, said: At around 10:00 a.m., on her way home, passing Trinh bridge, she discovered the students fainted, she immediately took them to the emergency room at Hung Nguyen district medical center.

They are: Bui Thi Ngoc Anh, Phan Thi Giang, Phan Thi Hong, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Quyen, Hoang Thi Linh Chi, all students of class 9A, Hung Dao commune - Hung Nguyen. Currently, 4 students are being treated at Hung Nguyen Medical Center and 1 student has returned home.
