Over the past 25 years, the work of blind women and children has always been of interest to all levels of the Nghe An Provincial Association for the Blind. Thanks to participating in the association's activities, female members as well as children have been able to learn to read and write, learn a trade, borrow money, have jobs, and earn good incomes. Through this, women and children have overcome their inferiority complex, overcome difficulties, rise up in life, and integrate into the community. Many women have built happy families, exercised their rights as mothers, and their children are healthy, growing up, and maturing. Through this, the position and role of women in the family and society have been increasingly raised.

After 25 years of achievements, many women have been awarded Certificates of Merit by all levels, sectors and organizations. They have overcome their inferiority complex, brought life with their own determination, turning the impossible into possible. It is this determination that has contributed to helping the community better understand the abilities of blind people in general and women in particular; at the same time, encouraging people with disabilities to be more confident, overcome difficulties, and strive to integrate into the community.
