9X broke into a motel to steal a phone

Mr. Bui Dinh Ha - Chief of Kim Son Town Police, Que Phong confirmed: At 6:00 a.m. on September 11, Que Phong District Police and Kim Son Town Police coordinated to arrest Lo Ngoc Quy (born in 1992) in Tang village, Tien Phong commune (Que Phong) for theft of property.

Accordingly, at around 5:30 a.m., Lo Ngoc Quy sneaked into Nguyen Quang Tuan's boarding house in block 3, Kim Son town, and stole 5 smartphones of various types from the tenants.
Quy is currently being detained at Que Phong district police station to assist in the investigation.
