The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee agreed on the investment policy for two leather shoe and garment projects.

On the morning of October 26, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held its regular meeting for October 2019 to listen to and give opinions on many important contents.

Planning and investing in projects that attract a lot of workers

The Provincial Party Standing Committee gave its opinion on the investment policy of the VietGlory Leather Shoe Manufacturing Factory project (in Dien Truong commune, Dien Chau district); Minh Anh - Tan Ky Garment Factory (in Ky Tan commune, Tan Ky district) submitted by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee highly agreed on allowing investment in the project, and also suggested that the Provincial People's Committee should pay attention to planning industries that use a lot of labor, pay attention to the distance between projects, and avoid labor disputes between factories.

Regarding the project of the high-end wooden furniture factory for export (in area D, Nam Cam Industrial Park), the investment of the project was agreed upon, however, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh requested the Provincial People's Committee to consider the location and land use area of ​​the project to continue submitting to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comments.

Regarding the assessment of the results of 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 11-NQ/TU, dated September 18, 2018 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the development of Hoang Mai town until 2020 and the following years, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh requested the town to coordinate with departments, branches and sectors to accurately and closely assess the achieved targets of the Resolution as well as the limitations and shortcomings.

In addition, through the 5-year assessment, it is necessary to propose development orientations associated with appropriate solutions for the next stage, to submit to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for comments at the next meeting.

Building a set of traffic rules in rural areas

Also this morning, the Provincial Party Standing Committee also evaluated the results of 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW, dated August 10, 2016 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on "Strengthening the Party's leadership in protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety in the province, period 2016 - 2020".

After listening to the opinions of comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh emphasized that the work of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety is the task and responsibility of the entire political system; we must absolutely not be negligent or subjective.

Raising some related concerns such as the situation of people going abroad to work freely, causing many risks for the people themselves and the traffic order and safety situation in rural areas, comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh suggested that the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches need to survey, research, find solutions to propagate and overcome, and at the same time suggest the need to build a set of rules for traffic participation in rural areas.
