The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee presented gratitude houses to two poor households in Chau Nga commune, Quy Chau district.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 15, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee led by comrade Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee attended the inauguration ceremony and donated money to build two gratitude houses for poor households in Chau Nga commune, Quy Chau district.
Implementing the Provincial Party Committee's policy of helping disadvantaged communes, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee received support from Chau Nga commune, Quy Chau district. Responding to the Program to mobilize and support housing for the poor and people with housing difficulties, in 2023, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee registered to support construction for families in Chau Nga commune.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee awarded funding to support the construction of a house for the family of Mr. Vi Van Quyen (80 years old), in Phoong village, who is in difficult circumstances. Mr. Quyen currently lives alone in a small, seriously degraded house. This is the household that the Organizing Committee gave a prefabricated house and personal household items to; worth 70 million VND. The family of Mrs. Lo Thi Mai in Mun village, who is in difficult circumstances, her husband passed away, her children are still young, and is currently living in a temporary house, was also supported with 50 million VND to build a house.

Previously, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee had many meaningful and practical activities to help Chau Nga commune: donating 1 classroom to the kindergarten; supporting the commune to overcome the flood in 2016 with over 20 million VND; giving 250 breeding chickens to 5 poor households and 1 egg incubator in Na Pua village; supporting 2 households to develop black pig farming, with an amount of nearly 100 million VND; giving annual Tet gifts to nearly 200 poor households, with a value of over 120 million VND; sponsoring 1 child in especially difficult circumstances until the end of high school age; building houses for 2 households with difficult housing circumstances, each house with 50 million VND. Thanks to the help of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and a number of related units, up to now, the whole commune has had 30 households escape poverty.
