When will hundreds of households in area C of Quang Trung apartment building be resettled?

While residents of C7, C8, C9 Quang Trung, Vinh City are happy because they will soon be resettled to new high-rise buildings, many households in C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 Quang Trung are worried about when they will be resettled to new houses while these buildings are also degraded.

Residents of building C6 requested to be resettled in apartment building CT1B with households of apartment buildings C7, C8, C9, while residents of building C5 were arranged in building CT3B with apartments C2, C3, C4.

Vinh City leaders said: The project to renovate and rebuild Area C, Quang Trung apartment complex, Vinh city of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company No. 30 was granted an Investment Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment.

The investor registers to implement the building investment project with the scale of items according to the detailed construction plan approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1116/2008 and approved for adjustment in Decision No. 2537/2016.

Currently, the investor has completed the construction of a high-rise building CT1A and is constructing a new resettlement building with 22 floors, each floor has 9 apartments called CT1B.

Regarding the implementation progress, in phase 1, starting from the second quarter of 2018 to the first quarter of 2020, the construction will be completed for the resettlement and business apartment building CT1B (including the basement for parking), the adjacent area LK01; the technical infrastructure system and the green sports area around the buildings. Resettlement will be organized for residents of buildings C7, C8, C9 into the apartment building CT1B.

Phase 2, lasting from the first quarter of 2020 to the third quarter of 2021, will demolish houses C7, C8, C9. Organize the construction of houses CT3A, CT3B, the Commercial Center, part of the adjacent house area LK05 (including the basement, parking lot), technical infrastructure system and green sports area around the buildings. Organize resettlement for residents of houses C5, C6 into apartment building CT3A; houses C2, C3, C4 into apartment building CT3B.

Phase 3 from the third quarter of 2021 to the first quarter of 2023 will demolish buildings C2, C3, C4, C5, C6. Organize the construction of markets, apartment buildings CT2, CT4A; adjacent houses LK02, LK03, LK04, LK07, part of building LK05, technical infrastructure system and green sports area around the building area.

Phase 4 from the second quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2023, the contractor will organize the construction of apartment buildings CT4B, CT5, and townhouse area LK06.

The investor will invest in the completion of public works, trees, sports and fitness areas, technical infrastructure works... of the entire Project to Renovate and Rebuild Area C, Quang Trung Apartment Complex, Vinh City and carry out procedures to hand over to local management in accordance with the provisions of law./.
