The family of Mrs. Tran Thi Hien in Hamlet 6, Hau Thanh Commune (Yen Thanh) is in a very difficult situation, belonging to the near-poor households of the commune. Her husband died early from illness, raising 2 small children. In the past, Mrs. Tran Thi Hien's family had to live in a dilapidated, leaky house.
