Caught 300kg of pearl chicken of unknown origin transported from the northern border to Nghe An for consumption.
(Baonghean.vn) - On March 2, at Bac Vinh bus station, the Economic Police Team (Vinh City Police) discovered and arrested a case of transporting nearly 300 kg of pearls from the northern border to Vinh City for consumption.

During the patrol, the Economic Police Team of Vinh City Police discovered a passenger bus with license plate 34B - 024.94 of Manh Ha bus company was unloading goods. Upon inspection, the authorities discovered that the bus was carrying 6 large foam boxes containing 298 kg of pearl millet. The owner of this shipment is Ms. Bui Thi Xen, born in 1989, residing in Bac Son commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province.
At the time of inspection, all of the above mentioned pearls did not have quarantine certificates and did not have invoices or documents proving their origin.
At the police station, Bui Thi Xen confessed that the above goods were bought illegally at the northern border markets bordering China.

While being transported to Vinh city for sale, the police arrested the above goods. The authorities have recorded the confiscation of the goods to handle according to the law.
