Arrested 7 subjects, eliminated 3 drug retail points in Yen Thanh
(Baonghean.vn) - The arrest of 7 subjects for illegal drug trafficking and possession has eliminated 3 drug retail points in Yen Thanh district.
On May 12, 2023, the Investigation Police Agency of Yen Thanh District Police prosecuted Ngo Tri Tam (born in 1995), residing in Bao Thanh commune, for the crime of illegal drug trafficking.
The subjects: Nguyen Van Thin (born in 1988), residing in Do Thanh commune; Tran Dinh Thang (born in 1993), residing in Ma Thanh commune; Pham Quoc Viet (born in 1983), residing in Phu Thanh commune; Nguyen Huu Tuan (born in 1991), residing in Nam Thanh commune; Phan Van Vo (born in 1984), residing in Van Thanh commune and Nguyen Huu Nong (born in 1990), residing in Hong Thanh commune were prosecuted for the crime of Illegal possession of narcotics.drug.

The 7 subjects mentioned above were arrested in a special project led by Yen Thanh District Police, in coordination with the Police of 4 communes in the district selected to build a "drug-free commune" to establish and successfully destroy. Thereby, 3 drug retail points in the district were eliminated. The seized exhibits included 325 synthetic drug pills, 7.43 grams of heroin, 2 motorbikes and 5 mobile phones.
