After verifying and searching through security cameras, according to the victim's description and the gold and silver shops in the area, the authorities identified the perpetrator of the above robbery as Dang Van Nhat, born in 1994, registered residence at Group 10, Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City. This subject had a criminal record, had just returned to his hometown after serving his sentence, but with his playful nature and unwillingness to work, he committed the act of robbery to get money for personal expenses.
