Arrested 2 drug addicts causing trouble and stealing motorbikes in industrial park
(Baonghean.vn) - Drunk, Tuan and Huy went to Sam Ha Company Ltd. located in the industrial park of Do Luong town to cause trouble, curse, then took a motorbike from the garage.
Do Luong District Police are detaining Nguyen Van Tuan (born 1971) and Nguyen Viet Huy (born 1989), both residing in Do Luong District, for disturbing public order and stealing property.
At about 2:00 p.m. on October 17, after coming home from drinking, Nguyen Van Tuan and Nguyen Viet Huy rode a motorbike to Sam Ha Company Ltd. at the industrial park in Do Luong town.

Here, these two subjects caused trouble, cursed, demanded to enter the company, and intended to use bricks to throw at the company's cars but were stopped by security because it was during working hours.
Seeing the company employee's motorbike parked in the garage but forgetting to remove the key, the two subjects took the motorbike and left.
On the morning of October 18, the director of Sam Ha company called Tuan, asking him to return the motorbike and apologize to the security guard, but Tuan did not agree and continued to respond with insulting words.
Realizing the subject's arrogance and lack of cooperation, the company reported the incident to the police.
After investigating, on October 24, Do Luong District Police arrested Tuan and Huy. It is known that these two subjects are heavy drug addicts and are often in a state of unconsciousness.
