Arrested 3 teenagers with weapons riding motorbikes at high speed
(Baonghean.vn) - 3 teenagers on a motorbike, with their license plates covered, were speeding from Nghi An commune to Vinh Airport intersection, carrying weapons that were thrown onto the road, causing fire, endangering other road users.
At about 9:30 p.m. on December 1, a patrol team from the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police discovered three teenagers riding a motorbike with a covered license plate.run at high speedin the direction from Nghi An commune to Vinh Airport intersection, carrying weapons (2 pig-throwing weapons - PV) and throwing them on the road, causing fire, endangering other road users.

When the force signaled to stop the vehicle, the subjects did not comply and tried to run away. However, using professional measures, the force promptly stopped and arrested them at Quan Banh intersection.
All 3 were then taken to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Department of Vinh City Police.
Here, the subjects confessed that they were PHH (born 2004), PHS (born 2005) and LVQ (born 2005), all residing in Nghi Phong commune, Nghi Loc district. In which, PHH was the driver.
