11 year old boy drowned while catching crabs
(Baonghean.vn) - While catching crabs, an 11-year-old boy in Do Luong district, Nghe An fell into a construction pit without a fence or warning sign and drowned.
On the afternoon of June 6, information from the People's Committee of Nhan Son commune, Do Luong district (Nghe An) said that the local government had handed over the body of VHT (born 2009, residing in Nhan Son commune) who drowned while catching crabs to his family for burial.
Earlier, at around 10am the same day, an old man herding cows at Cua Eo cemetery, Nhan Son commune heard shouts of someone drowning. When people rushed to the scene, they only saw a plastic bucket containing crabs on the shore.

A while later, people recovered T's body from the water hole.
It is known that the water hole where T. had the accident was more than 3 meters deep because a company was digging up the ground to get water for construction. However, this water hole did not have any fences or warning signs.
