3 year old boy tragically drowned in his home pond
(Baonghean.vn) - According to the People's Committee of Nghia Loc commune (Nghia Dan district, Nghe An), a tragic drowning accident has just occurred in the commune.
Accordingly, at around 5:00 p.m. on July 7, Phan Khac Huy (born 2016) in Son Hai hamlet, Nghia Loc commune unfortunately drowned in his home pond.
It is known that when the accident happened, the child's parents were away, the child was at home with his 5-year-old sister and his great-grandmother who was over 90 years old.
