One of the highlights of the past year was the merger of Vinh Transport Hospital into the second branch of Vinh General Hospital. Up to now, the second branch has restructured its organizational structure, human resources, urgently renovated and upgraded its facilities, invested in equipment, developed expertise, techniques, applied information technology, etc. to take advantage of the existing strengths of the two branches to achieve the goal of merging without spreading investment, promoting maximum efficiency in health care for the people.
