Speaking at the conference, Doctor CKII Nguyen Hong Truong - Director of Vinh City General Hospital affirmed that the goal by 2023 is to build Vinh City General Hospital into a Grade I hospital, with a structure of 900 beds; the hospital quality reaches a complete level of 4.28; comprehensively innovate leadership, management, scientific research, and improve expertise.
