If the majority of students do not grasp the knowledge (if any), then make-up classes will be organized for all students. In the 2021-2022 school year, the industry has also directed implementation according to this viewpoint.

Regarding the teaching plan to ensure safety in preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the new situation, the Deputy Director of the Nghe An Department of Education and Training said that in the previous school year, the sector issued a set of criteria on safety in preventing and fighting the epidemic in schools. This school year, after the Government's Resolution 128, under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the sector also issued a set of criteria and behaviors in organizing teaching and learning.
