At the September citizen reception session of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh, there were 11 comments, recommendations and reflections, mainly on land-related issues such as land use rights disputes, difficulties and inadequacies in procedures for granting land use right certificates, compensation and site clearance for resettlement projects, etc.

In the morning session in Vinh city alone, there were 3 citizens reflecting on the contents related to compensation and site clearance for the Vinh ancient citadel renovation project, and the issuance of land use right certificates in Hung Dung ward and Hung Loc commune.

In addition, citizens of Nam Dan, Nghi Loc, Tan Ky, and Hung Nguyen districts also expressed their opinions regarding inadequacies in compensation for site clearance for construction projects, market upgrading and renovation projects, and forestry land disputes.

In the case of some citizens complaining and denouncing violations related to the land sector as well as the performance of public duties by officials, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the relevant agencies and local authorities to review the process of the case. If there are violations, they will be strictly handled according to the provisions of the law, especially violations by officials and party members.

At the September citizen reception session chaired by the Provincial Party Secretary, people also have the opportunity to dialogue and exchange directly with representatives of relevant departments, branches, and local leaders to clarify the issue and agree on a solution in accordance with the correct order and procedures, ensuring both the provisions of the law and the legitimate rights and interests of each citizen.

After each citizen's opinion, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh discussed and directed relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to take measures and solutions to handle the content of citizens' reflections and report specific results.
