Voter Vi Van Quanh in Chau Ly commune suggested that there should be a policy to consider recruiting civil servants for communes 135 like Chau Ly. Because of organizing examinations, gradually the number of commune civil servants will decrease from local people. Voter Quanh also suggested studying and reviewing protective forest land to hand over to people with land for production.
At the conference, voter Vi Van Canh, Chau Thai commune, suggested considering the criteria for merging hamlets and villages to suit the characteristics of each locality because in mountainous areas, the terrain conditions are difficult, the area is large, and the population is small, so merging will cause difficulties.
Voter Luong Van Thanh, Nam Son commune, proposed that it is necessary to effectively implement the policy of land and forest allocation so that people can make a living from forestry.

Voter Nguyen Dinh Khoa, Chau Ly commune, suggested: There is no funding to support forest fire prevention and fighting, so he requested the National Assembly to consider resolving it.

Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac responded to voters' petitions. Regarding the petition to study criteria for merging hamlets and communes, the Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee shared the difficulties of hamlet and village cadres in mountainous areas, while emphasizing that the general spirit is to carry out the merger according to the regulations of the Central Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
However, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac noted that special cases must be recorded, a second plan must be prepared and proposed to competent authorities for consideration.
