Provincial Military Command launched 'Tree Planting Festival to forever remember Uncle Ho' Spring At Ty 2025
On the morning of February 2 (the 5th day of Tet), at the Reserve Mobilization Training Center, Nghi Cong Nam commune, Nghi Loc district, Nghe An Provincial Military Command launched the movement "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho" Spring At Ty 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Vo Viet - Deputy CommanderProvincial Military CommandCall on all officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to actively respond to the movement, considering this an annual activity every early spring to raise awareness of the meaning and benefits of tree planting.

He requested agencies and units to thoroughly convey this spirit to each officer and soldier, and at the same time organize tree planting in the unit's premises to build a regular, green, clean, beautiful barracks and contribute to protecting the ecological environment. With the motto "Plant a tree, it will live well", units need to choose suitable locations, ensure good quality trees, and at the same time take advantage of favorable weather conditions to achieve high efficiency.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command simultaneously planted trees in assigned areas.
It is expected that this year, officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces will plant more than 50,000 trees, including more than 5,000 fruit trees and more than 45,000 timber and shade trees. These trees will be newly planted in the premises of the Provincial Military Command, Military Commands of districts, cities and towns, as well as at logistics bases and training grounds in the province.
