On the morning of September 18, a Facebook account posted a 19-second video clip recording a group of bare-headed young men riding motorbikes in a row on Le Nin Avenue, Vinh City.

According to the person who posted the clip, the group of young men were standing in a row of three, not wearing helmets, the person sitting behind them constantly changing positions, weaving in and out of traffic, blocking many vehicles on the road. Although the driver of the car behind them kept honking, the group of young men still refused to give way.

After the clip was posted, many people expressed their outrage at the group of young men's disregard for the law and threats to pedestrians. "Walking in a row, not wearing helmets and turning around is very dangerous, traffic police need to handle it seriously" - Facebook user Tam Nguyen said in dismay.
Sharing the same opinion, Facebook user Bui Anh was upset: "Young people nowadays are so strange, cars honk loudly but they still don't give way, they really show contempt for the law."
