Mr. Nguyen Duy Chau - ChairmanPeople's Committee of Nghi Truong Communesaid: This cluster of community cases has an unknown source of infection, including a grandmother and 5 children and grandchildren living together. Among them, the grandmother works as a food vendor in front of Nghi Loc District General Hospital. This is a place where many people often gather, with many people from other localities coming, so there is a high risk of spreading the epidemic and the possibility of the disease originating from this area cannot be ruled out. Currently, the locality has announced to find people who have visited the patient's restaurant in the past to declare their health and isolate them promptly when symptoms appear...".

On the evening of January 2, Nghi Truong commune brought 3 F0s to the field hospital in Cua Lo town for treatment. As for the remaining 3 F0s, due to underlying diseases, they will be taken to Nghe An General Hospital for treatment this morning. In addition, the locality has also increased patrols and control of F1s of this community cluster who are being quarantined at home. If they violate regulations on disease prevention and control, they will be strictly handled.
