Reply:
Article 67 of the 2024 Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety stipulates measures to detect violations of laws on road traffic order and safety as follows:
1. Operate and use the monitoring system to ensure security, order and safety of road traffic; camera system on traffic routes and in urban areas; works and technical equipment systems for inspection and control of motor vehicle loads.
2. Use of professional technical equipment, vehicles, and smart devices to support command and control of road traffic.
3. Exploit data from journey monitoring devices, driver image recording devices; receive data collected from vehicle load control projects.
4. Exploiting and using information in the Database on road traffic order and safety.
5. Direct observation, inspection, control and comparison by public servants.
6. Receive and process reports, denunciations, reflections, recommendations, requests, and data collected from technical equipment and devices of agencies, organizations, and individuals according to Government regulations.
7. Other measures as prescribed by law.
