Provincial People's Council delegates meet voters in Thai Hoa and Quy Hop

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of June 26, provincial People's Council delegates met with voters before the 6th session in Thai Hoa town and Quy Hop district.

In Thai Hoa town,Delegates: Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Nguyen Dinh Hoa - Secretary of the Town Party Committee and Phan Thi Thanh Thuy - President of the Women's Union of Thai Hoa town met with voters of Hoa Hieu ward.

Reflecting to the delegates, voters of Hoa Hieu ward continued to express some opinions and recommendations such as: Infrastructure construction requires long-term vision, avoiding the situation of large investments but the value obtained is very low, even non-existent.

Voters also said that streamlining the payroll needs to be based on the reality of each agency and unit, and must be carefully considered; it is necessary to invest in upgrading National Highway 48 through Thai Hoa town because some sections have degraded.

In addition, voters also reported that the issuance and exchange of land use right certificates is still slow, causing difficulties for people; the construction quality of some projects is low, leading to damage that needs to be repaired soon after only a short time of use...

After the voters' opinions, the representatives of the People's Councils at all levels specifically answered the groups of issues that the voters proposed, and at the same time summarized and transferred them to the competent authority for resolution. In the afternoon of the same day, the delegates also had a meeting with the voters of Nghia Thuan commune.

That same morning,in Quy Hop district,Delegate Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board met with voters of Chau Ly commune, Quy Hop district. Voters of Chau Ly commune proposed a number of issues such as: Processing records for consideration of social protection beneficiaries is still slow; building dams to reserve water for people in Bang and Bu Lau villages because they are always facing water shortages.

Voters in Bang village also raised the issue of the degraded bridge, but more than 300 households in the village and neighboring villages still have to travel, which is potentially dangerous, thereby requesting solutions to help people travel with peace of mind.

Voters also suggested that there should be reasonable policies for forest growers; land disputes between the people of Tham village (Chau Ly commune) and businesses should be resolved soon.

The voters' recommendations and proposals were under the authority of the leaders of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district and were directly explained.

On the same day, delegates: Pham Van Hoa - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Council; Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Lang Thi Hoai - Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hop commune, Tan Ky districtmeeting with voters of Giai Xuan commune and Tan An commune (Tan Ky).

Voters raised many opinions such as: the province needs to pay attention to supporting output for agricultural products; have policies and mechanisms to support land consolidation to build large-scale fields; build new rural areas; urge investors to speed up the high-tech agricultural project of FLC Group in Giai Xuan commune.

Voters also requested to speed up the construction of the road from Giai Xuan to Nghia Phuc; upgrade irrigation works and some severely damaged power lines; speed up the land allocation to Ke Thai hamlet, Giai Xuan commune...

The People's Council delegates answered a number of issues within their authority; at the same time, they summarized voters' recommendations and forwarded them to the Provincial People's Council and relevant agencies for consideration and handling.
