On behalf of the Youth Union Executive Committee, Secretary of the Youth Union of Nghe An Newspaper Ha Nguyen Khoa reviewed the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Throughout the past 90 years, the Youth Union at all levels has continuously grown, becoming the Party's right-hand man, contributing increasingly to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

At Nghe An Newspaper, in nearly 60 years of formation and development, union members and youths through the periods have also demonstrated steadfast political and ideological qualities, deep professional qualifications, and are sharp writers, pioneers on all fronts, contributing worthy to the glorious tradition of the heroic newspaper.

During the resistance war against the US to save the country, many members and journalists of Nghe An Newspaper were present at hot spots on the battlefield, truly reflecting the great resistance war of the nation. When peace was restored, members and youth of Nghe An Newspaper continued to join in the work of building and defending the Fatherland.

In 1997, the provisional Executive Committee of Nghe An Newspaper Youth Union was established. Since then, it has gone through 9 congresses, creating many innovative and creative movements that have spread and greatly influenced the development of the agency, such as: the Young Reporters Club model; Young Moments Photo Contest; Young Creative Movement...

Besides, Nghe An Newspaper Youth Union also takes the lead in social security activities, is one of the traditional and strong units of the Provincial Agencies Youth Union through the periods with many movements and many outstanding individuals.

Speaking at the seminar, comrade Pham Thi Hong Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Nghe An Newspaper Party Committee praised the efforts and positive results that the Newspaper's Youth Union has achieved, worthy of the tradition of being a strong youth union over many years.

With high expectations, he encouraged the youth of Nghe An Newspaper to be proactive and actively seek opportunities even in the face of difficulties and challenges, always be confident, bold, dare to do and dare to take responsibility, so that they can mature early and worthily inherit the legacies passed down by previous generations.

On the same afternoon, the Youth Union Executive Committee of Nghe An Newspaper launched the emulation movement to achieve achievements to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Nghe An Newspaper's founding.

With the spirit of initiative, creativity, and not afraid of difficulties, the youth of Nghe An Newspaper aims to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the agency's establishment with determination and specific actions, striving for the Youth Union to build 1 youth project; each sub-unit has 1 project, 1 youth work; each union member and youth has at least 1 project, 1 work, 1 creative work.

On this occasion, the Executive Committee of Nghe An Newspaper's Youth Union presented gifts to former Youth Union officials, expressing the affection and gratitude of the younger generation to the previous generations.
