Allow Vinh city to enjoy 100% land use fees from 4 urban area projects
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just approved a draft policy mechanism to support Vinh city, including the content of leaving land use fees for 4 urban areas for the city.
The Provincial People's Committee has agreed on the content: BudgetVinh cityenjoy 100% of land use fees collected from 4 real estate projects in the area, including:
- New urban area in Dong Vinh ward and Cua Nam ward, Vinh city, Nghe An province;
- Southwest urban area in Vinh Tan ward and Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city;
- Urban area and social housing in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city.
- Urban expansion project in Hung Hoa commune, Vinh city.
The purpose is to arrange counterpart funds for the project "Priority infrastructure and urban development adapting to climate change in Vinh city, Nghe An province" (using loans from the World Bank) to build infrastructure and expand urban space according to the orientation in Decision No. 52/QD-TTg dated January 14, 2015 andDecision No. 827/QD-TTgJune 12, 2020 of the Prime Minister.

At the meeting,Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc TrungAlso note that Vinh city needs to prioritize and determine the order of projects when implementing infrastructure projects according to the investment portfolio to promote efficiency.
Director of the Department of Finance Nguyen Xuan Hai also said: Regarding the issue of special policy mechanisms for Vinh city, departments and branches have given their opinions many times to create a separate mechanism for Vinh city for the "locomotive" to develop more strongly.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee also approved the draft on the adjustment rate for wards, communes and Vinh city from land use fees after deducting compensation for site clearance and infrastructure investment and submitted it to the Provincial People's Council for decision.
Arrange for expenditures on urban construction, environment and other support sources of 200 billion VND/year to carry out environmental sanitation, tree care, flood prevention, urban beautification, and operate completed project items using ODA loans from the WB.
In the period 2016 - 2020, 52 projects with a total registered capital of nearly 8,000 billion VND were granted investment certificates in Vinh City. Among them, many large projects of corporations such as Vingroup, FLC, T&T, Tecco, Ecopark
