The working session was on the content of the inspection of leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the work of cadres of Tan Ky district in the first half of the 2015-2020 term. At the working session, the participants listened to the report on the inspection results and discussed and evaluated the implementation of resolutions at all levels and the resolution of the 20th District Party Congress, term 2015-2020.

Tan Ky District Party Committee has promptly developed and promulgated working regulations for the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the District Party Committee; reviewed and supplemented regulations and rules on personnel work, policy issues for cadres, deployed and directed comprehensive implementation in the district.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has paid attention to the development of programs, plans, projects, and regulations on personnel work, led, directed, and implemented them in accordance with regulations. In organizing the implementation of the contents of personnel work, the Standing Committee of the Tan Ky District Party Committee has issued regulations on decentralization of management for cadres under district management, on evaluation, classification of cadres, cadre planning, training, and fostering of cadres, which have been focused on; The selection, arrangement, assignment, transfer, rotation of cadres, and appointment, introduction of candidates, and dismissal of cadres are in accordance with the process. Tan Ky District has done a good job of rewarding and disciplining cadres.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Le Hong Vinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of personnel work of Tan Ky district. Thanks to that, it has contributed significantly to helping Tan Ky achieve certain results after half a term of implementing the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the term 2015-2020. He also pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that Tan Ky district still encountered in the process of implementing personnel work and needed to propose solutions to overcome them.
