Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission: Promoting the leadership role of Party cells after merging hamlets and villages

Morning 7/10,Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee attended the regular October Party cell meeting with party members at the Bua village Party cell, Chau Tien commune, Quy Chau district.

The Bua village Party Cell was established from the Hong Tien 2 Party Cell and the Bua Lau village Party Cell by merging blocks, hamlets, and villages according to Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII). Bua village currently has 183 households (of which Thai ethnic people account for 98%); The Bua village Party Cell has 15 official party members and 1 probationary party member.

At the meeting, the Party Cell Executive Committee approved a report on some outstanding results in the first 9 months of 2019; the domestic and international situation in recent times and the Party Cell's leadership orientation for the activities of the Front's working committee, mass organizations and people in socio-economic development, well implementing the Party and State's guidelines and policies; actively responding to the new rural construction movement...

Participating in the Party cell activities, the Party members discussed the leadership and direction of the Party cell in implementing local tasks, especially implementing and completing the targets set by the Party Cell Congress for the 2015-2020 term; discussed raising the awareness and responsibility of Party members; made recommendations and proposals to superiors on directing agricultural production activities, eliminating some backward customs, etc.

Comrade Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission spoke at the meeting of the Bua village Party Cell.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Bui Thanh An acknowledged the achievements of the Bua village Party Cell in recent times; highly appreciated the preparation of the meeting content of the Party Committee and Party cells, as well as the frank and constructive statements of the Party members.

He suggested that in the coming time, the Party cell should pay attention to a number of issues: Focus on finding solutions to reduce poor and near-poor households in a sustainable manner, pay attention to innovating crop and livestock varieties suitable to local conditions to develop the economy, increase people's income; promote the leadership role of the Party cell in consolidating the activities of the village after the merger, lead organizations and unions to operate effectively, pay attention to the work of developing new Party members; select content and develop a plan to implement Plan No. 196-KH/TU, dated June 13, 2019 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on organizing an activity with the theme "Nghe An follows Uncle Ho's advice"; need to have a plan to preserve and conserve the good cultural traditions of the Thai ethnic group, while limiting and gradually eliminating bad customs that negatively affect people's lives.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission presented gifts to the Party Cell and a number of families with preferential policies and difficult circumstances with a total amount of 6 million VND.
