On the afternoon of November 16, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee came to celebrate with the people of Dong Tho hamlet, Trung Phuc Cuong commune, Nam Dan district on the occasion of the anniversary of90th Anniversary of Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day.

Dong Tho Hamlet, Trung Phuc Cuong Commune was merged from 3 hamlets: 6, 7, 8. The hamlet has a total natural area of ​​2.7km2, with 379 households, 570 people, and a Party cell with 32 party members.

In the process of organizing and implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" and building self-governing groups in residential communities in 2020, Dong Tho hamlet has achieved many good results. The material and spiritual life of the people has been improved, the rural appearance has clearly improved, political security - social order and safety have been maintained, and the relationship between people has been close and united.

In 2020, the number of poor households decreased significantly each year. Currently, there are 6 poor households in the hamlet, accounting for 1.58%; the number of near-poor households is 12, accounting for 3.16%.

The hamlet has promoted its role as the main subject, mobilizing the strength of the people in participating in building the new countryside. During the year, the people were mobilized to renovate the village roads and alleys to be spacious, bright - green - clean - beautiful, changing the face of the countryside.

With these results, for many consecutive years, the hamlet Party Cell has achieved the title of Strong and Clean; the Front Committee and mass organizations have excellently completed their tasks and have been commended by all levels; over 90% of households have achieved the title of cultural family; the hamlet has been recognized as a cultural unit for many years.

Speaking to share joy with the people, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and commended the results achieved by all the cadres and people of Dong Tho hamlet in the past time.

In particular, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee was impressed with the family economic development movements and the participation movements.new rural construction, support the Covid-19 pandemic prevention fund, support the people of the central region affected by natural disasters even though the economic conditions of many families in the neighborhood are still difficult.

Outlining the basic features of the socio-economic situation of the whole province, especially the results of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the cadres and people of the province in general, and Dong Tho hamlet in particular, to agree, actively support, and join hands with Party committees and authorities at all levels to implement President Ho Chi Minh's will, striving to become a well-off province in the North by 2025 and towards 2030, becoming a well-off province in the whole country.

Based on the results achieved in recent years, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung suggested that the people of Dong Tho hamlet continue to have many solutions to effectively implement the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; promote the movement of all people participating in economic development, contributing to hunger eradication and poverty reduction.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the hamlet to continue promoting the tradition of remembering the source of water, the spirit of mutual love and support for war invalids, families of martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution who are still poor and facing difficulties and hardships. Promote democracy, maintain discipline, and properly implement the regulations on grassroots democracy, community conventions and covenants.

In the exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day, the head of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that each resident of Dong Tho hamlet will continue to promote the fine traditions of President Ho Chi Minh's homeland, unite, and strive to build Dong Tho hamlet to soon become the first advanced new rural hamlet of Trung Phuc Cuong commune.
