(Baonghean.vn) - After graduating from Hue University of Education and spending some time teaching in the ancient capital, she returned to her hometown and was elected by the people as the village chief - the only female Thai village leader with a university degree in the mountainous district of Quy Chau. She is Lu Thi Loan (born in 1989), Head of Hong Tien 2 village, Chau Tien commune (Quy Chau).
