Con Cuong elects additional Chairman of the District People's Council
(Baonghean.vn) - 100% of the delegates of the People's Council of Con Cuong district voted unanimously to elect comrade Luong Dinh Viet - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee to the position of Chairman of the 20th District People's Council, term 2021-2026.
On January 17, the People's Council of Con Cuong district, term XX, 2021 - 2026, held the 14th session (special session) to review a number of contents on personnel work under the authority of the District People's Council.
At the meeting, the district People's Council delegates voted to approve the contents of personnel work, 100% of the district People's Council delegates voted unanimously to elect the additional position of Chairman of the 20th District People's Council, term 2021-2026 for comrade Luong Dinh Viet - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Luong Dinh Viet - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council thanked the delegates of the District People's Council for their trust and confidence in electing him to the position of Chairman of the District People's Council, term XX, 2021-2026. He promised to continuously study to improve his qualifications, practice and cultivate his moral qualities, together with the Standing Committee of the District People's Council, the District People's Council committees, and the delegates of the District People's Council to perform well the functions and tasks according to regulations, continue to innovate, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities of the District People's Council, contribute to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the District Party Congress, term XXVII, strive to build Con Cuong into an urban area in the direction of eco-tourism.
