Vinh City Police fined 57 cases of violating Directive 16

On August 18, the peak day of handling violations of Directive 16 in Vinh City, the City Police divided their forces into many groups to patrol and control the roads and crowded places.
The authorities have issued fines for 57 cases of unnecessary going out without providing a reason and valid documents, with a total fine of 113 million VND. The violating vehicles were temporarily detained according to regulations.
Besides punishment,Vinh City Policealso reminded more than 100 people and asked them to strictly comply with epidemic prevention regulations according to Directive 16.

On August 18, wards and communes also simultaneously launched a campaign to punish many cases of unnecessary going out such as walking, exercising... Specifically, Ha Huy Tap ward had 5 cases with a total fine of 10 million VND, Nghi Phu commune had 7 cases with a total fine of 14 million VND, Hung Loc commune had 4 cases with a total fine of 6 million VND, Hung Binh ward had 2 cases with a total fine of 4 million VND...
