Commune police arrested a subject with 2 previous convictions for drug possession.

Previously, through professional work, Chau Hanh Commune Police, Quy Chau District determined that recently, Lim Van Hoang (born 1993), residing in Chau Hanh Commune, Quy Chau District, showed signs of illegal possession of drugs.

After a period of monitoring and applying synchronous professional measures, on the morning of March 26, at the subject's private home, Chau Hanh Commune Police arrested Lim Van Hoang for "Illegal possession of narcotics", seizing 160 synthetic drug pills and 5g of heroin.

Lim Van Hoang has two previous convictions for "Illegal possession of narcotics" and "Theft of property". After being released from prison (December 2024) for "Theft of property", this subject has shown many suspicious signs and often comes into contact with local drug addicts.

The subject has been handed over by Chau Hanh Commune Police to the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Nghe An Provincial Police, for investigation and handling according to regulations.
