Announcing the decision to appoint the Head of the Organizing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee
On the morning of October 21, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to announce the decision on the transfer, assignment and appointment of the Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee.
Attending the conference were comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of Party committees, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Office.
On October 16, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued Decision No. 18-QD/TU signed by Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung on the transfer, assignment and appointment of comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee.
Presenting the decision, congratulating flowers and giving a speech assigning tasks to the new Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung emphasized that this is a recognition and evaluation of the working process and contributions of comrade Pham Trong Hoang to the common work.
The Provincial Party Secretary assessed that Comrade Pham Trong Hoang is a well-trained cadre, matured from the grassroots, and experienced in many working positions. In his working positions, he has always shown himself to be a cadre with outstanding capacity, deep understanding, clear grasp of work, high sense of responsibility, frankness, dedication, and devotion to work.
Emphasizing the important role of Party building and organization work, the Provincial Party Secretary said that this is a field directly related to people, so it requires rationality but must be appropriate.
Therefore, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Comrade Pham Trong Hoang to quickly change his status; together with comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee, maintain the spirit of discipline, order, solidarity, unity, responsibility, set an example, properly implement the Party's organizational and operational principles, in which special attention is paid to the principle of democratic centralism, the principle of self-criticism and criticism, the principle of solidarity and unity within the Party; in the spirit of putting the common interest and collective interest above all, working together for the common good.
As Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Comrade Pham Trong Hoang must be the center of gathering solidarity within the Board to carry out assigned tasks. Solidarity must be real, solidarity placed within discipline and order.
At the same time, he urgently approached the tasks, especially the tasks that the province is implementing according to the conclusions of the Politburo and the Central Committee related to the work of reorganizing the apparatus, implementing the two-level local government; reviewing and advising the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to rectify the implementation of the Party's organizational and operational principles in the spirit of the right person, the right job.
Regarding personnel work, it is necessary to continue to strongly innovate and improve the quality of the staff, especially key staff. In the immediate future, coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to continue reviewing, arranging and deploying to ensure a reasonable staff and civil servants at the grassroots level.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Trung also suggested continuing to focus on building a team of cadres, especially key cadres at all levels with political mettle, revolutionary ethics, and qualifications to fulfill tasks in the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility, daring to sacrifice for the common good, innovation, and creativity. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee should identify outstanding factors with the ability to contribute to the common work to arrange them to take up positions.
Proactively prevent and resolutely combat negative manifestations in personnel work such as factionalism, localism, "group interests", corruption, and power and position seeking. Strengthen the management of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees in performing assigned duties and tasks.

In order for the new Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board to successfully complete his tasks, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung requested that the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the leaders of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee accompany, coordinate, and support Comrade Pham Trong Hoang.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board expressed his deep awareness of the assigned responsibilities and tasks and seriously accepted and fully implemented the direction of Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board affirmed that he will continue to train in all aspects, strictly comply with Party regulations, uphold working principles, regularly follow the direction of the Party Committee and the collective, promote proactiveness and sensitivity in performing assigned duties and tasks.
Regularly focus on and direct the building of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Party Building Department of the whole province to be strong, united, disciplined, innovative, improve the quality and efficiency of work, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
