Announcement of Decision to appoint Deputy Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 19, Quy Chau District Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on the transfer and appointment of comrade Vuong Quang Minh - Member of the Party Delegation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to join the Party Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Quy Chau District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020 term.
Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission; Nguyen Van Huy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Le Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission.
On the side of Quy Chau district, comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Committee, leaders of the district's departments and branches, comrades Secretaries of the Party Committees of communes and towns.

At the ceremony, comrade Thai Thanh Quy presented Decision No. 2309-QD/TU of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on rotation and appointment of comrade Vuong Quang Minh - Member of the Party Delegation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Thai Thanh Quy congratulated the new Deputy Secretary of Quy Chau District Party Committee Vuong Quang Minh, and hoped that Quy Chau District Party Committee and Party committees and authorities at all levels would create conditions for comrade Vuong Quang Minh to quickly approach the new working environment, especially Party building work.
Comrade Vuong Quang Minh is requested to enhance his sense of responsibility in his work and further improve his knowledge in all aspects to meet the requirements of the task. He is requested to gain the support of cadres and people, promote the spirit of sharing and collaboration, and consolidate the solidarity bloc within the Party and the people. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy also requested the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Quy Chau District Party Committee to create conditions and help Comrade Vuong Quang Minh to train, contribute and excellently complete all assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Vuong Quang Minh thanked the provincial leaders for their trust in the task, expressed his determination to strive to complete the task well and hoped to receive support and favorable conditions from the Party Committee, government and people of the district to strive to build Quy Chau to develop more and more.
