Vinh City Police arrest subject transporting firecrackers for sale
(Baonghean.vn) - Information from Vinh City Police said that the unit has just arrested a case of transporting a quantity of firecrackers from Ha Tinh province to Vinh city for consumption.
Accordingly, at around 7:00 p.m. on January 28, while on duty to inspect and control, the Movement Building Team (Vinh City Police) caught Bui Quoc Thang (born in 1984), residing in Duc Chau Commune, Duc Tho District (Ha Tinh Province), red-handed using a motorbike to transport nearly 25 kg of firecrackers. At the investigation agency, Thang confessed that he bought the above fireworks from acquaintances in his hometown and transported them to Vinh City to resell for profit.
When he arrived at 77 Tran Hung Dao Street, Doi Cung Ward, he was arrested. Currently, Vinh City Police are expanding the investigation to clarify the above incident.
