Nghe An Electricity Company promotes digitalization of power purchase contracts
(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the "Digital Transformation" policy of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN) and Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC), Nghe An Power Company has been accelerating the progress of digitalizing power purchase contracts in the whole province. This is a solution that contributes to improving production and business efficiency, quality of electricity services, simplifying administrative procedures and enhancing customer satisfaction.
With the goal of building Vietnam Electricity Group into a digital enterprise to increase operational efficiency, innovate, optimize costs, improve customer experience, reliability and satisfaction. In the past time, under the direction of the Northern Power Corporation,Nghe An Electricity Companyhas actively directed the implementation of digital transformation in the unit's operations, in which business and customer service are among the contents being strongly digitally transformed.

The digitalization of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) will play an important role in simplifying administrative procedures and improving production and business efficiency. By the end of May 2021, Nghe An Electricity Company had digitized 321,664 household electricity purchase and sale contracts for customers.
Previously, the paper-based EPC took up a lot of space, was easily lost, and manual searching was easy, confusing, and time-consuming. When the EPC was digitized, it not only reduced storage space and the risk of loss, but also made it easier to look up, exploit, and analyze information on CMIS 3.0 software. This is a very important step forward, marking the improvement of the quality of providing electronic electricity services, initially catching up with the digital transformation trend that is taking place strongly in all areas of social life.
All information on the life insurance contract will be digitized and stored electronically. The exploitation, inspection, management, etc. will use electronic contracts instead of paper contracts. By digitizing the contract, customers do not have to spend a lot of time re-signing the contract (in paper) as before, but only need to provide the owner's phone number and related change information (if any).
After that, the customer proceeds to liquidate the old contract and re-sign the new contract via OTP authentication code when receiving a text message from the contract owner. Once the contract is digitized, the customer can view, download the contract, and look up information anywhere via the customer care website:http://cskh.npc.com.vn.
