In order to continue production and business activities, investment and development, and implement the digital transformation roadmap in the new normal conditions, in the first 7 months of 2022, Nghe An Electricity Company (PC Nghe An) has strived to complete production and business targets, constantly innovate and improve services, meeting the increasing needs of electricity customers.

Accordingly, PC Nghe An is expanding the types of electricity services such as: Electrical testing, acceptance of electrical works up to 110kV; Construction of cable heads, cable junction boxes for electrical works up to 35kV; Repair and installation of wires after the meter; Management of operation of electrical works up to 110kV; Consulting on design of electrical works up to 35kV voltage level; Renting electric poles; construction of hotline connection for electrical works up to 22kV voltage level... Electricity service activities contribute to improving the quality of customer service and increasing labor productivity; at the same time creating consensus, connecting the relationship between customers and the electricity industry.

In recent times, Nghe An Electricity Company has organized customer meetings, coordinated with local authorities, media agencies, and press agencies to promote electricity services to electricity users. Realizing the many benefits that electricity services bring to customers, the types of services provided by Nghe An Electricity Company are gradually being welcomed, highly appreciated, and enthusiastically responded to by customers on a voluntary basis.

In the first 7 months of 2022, Nghe An Electricity Company has provided level 4 services to 23,856 electricity customers. Level 4 electricity services meet all customer requirements from registration, receiving results to 100% online payment. This is a step forward for the electricity industry in bringing electricity services closer to customers through a technology platform, increasing transparency in production and business activities.

Implemented grid lease operation management for 722 customers; 9,488 installation and repair services for wires behind the meter and 391 Hotline electrical repair service sessions to minimize power outage time for customers.

Cleaning transformer stations for customers in My Son and Tru Son communes, Do Luong district, Nghe An.
