Currently, Nghe An Electricity Company has cooperated with many banks as well as intermediary organizations in Nghe An province and has many forms of non-cash electricity payment for customers to choose to pay anytime, anywhere in the following forms: (install once, use forever).

Customers install according to the following steps:
1. Select your bank installed on your phone or the bank's website (eg BIDV). After successfully logging in:
2. Select payment
3. Select electricity bill
4. Select EVN
5. Select EVN North.
6. Enter customer code (available on the electricity bill of the customer to be paid).
7. Follow the instructions of the Bank.
To pay via the National Public Service Portal, customers perform the following steps:
1. Log in to your public service account on https://dichvucong.gov.vn
2. Select Online Payment/Electricity Bill Payment
3. Click add Customer code/enter the Customer code to pay
4. Click search to check payment information
5. Click pay. Choose to pay through Bank partners (or intermediaries) according to the instructions.
To pay via the Northern Power Customer Care Website, customers perform the following steps:
1. Enter the customer information that needs to be paid on the website: http://cskh.npc.com.vn.
2. Select Online Services/Online Payment.
3. Select Pay electricity and other services.
4. Click Search to check payment information.
5. Click Pay. Choose to pay via Bank partners (or intermediaries) according to the instructions.
To pay via the Customer Care App (EVNNPC.CSKH), customers perform the following steps:
1. Log in the customer information that needs to be paid on the customer care app.
2. Select Services/ Online Payment/ Electricity and other service payments.
3. Click Search to check payment information.
4. Click Pay. Choose to pay via Bank partners (or Intermediaries) according to the instructions.
In case the customer does not have a Smartphone or a bank account, the customer can provide his/her Customer Code to ask a relative who has an account through the above organizations to make the payment on his/her behalf.
